About the project

I successfully led the development of the “My Personal Recruiter” app, a specialized Glide application designed exclusively for a leading Recruiter Company based in the USA. The primary objective was to create a seamless platform that enhances recruitment processes and fosters collaboration among different user roles.

Challenges

  • Role-based Access: Tailoring distinct roles (Admin, Recruiter, Customer) with precise permissions and limitations to ensure a secure and efficient user experience.
  • Data Organization: Designing an intricate yet efficient data structure within a central Google Sheets spreadsheet for optimal information management.
  • Real-time Communication: Implementing an in-app chat system (Chat page) to facilitate swift and effective communication among team members.
  • Subscription Management: Integrating seamlessly with Stripe for Billing, focusing on accurate subscription details and maintaining a transparent payment history.

Gideon made my dream app come to fruition. With only 30 days to complete an idea that was vague and unfinished, Gideon took initiative and made sure that all his deadlines were met. I have never had that good of an experience working with any developer. He is truly one of a kind and I am planning to continue working with him moving forward.
