Pricing questions
How much does a custom business app cost?
Hourly bundles run from €150 for 1 hour to €2,600 for 30 hours, and the bigger the bundle, the lower the effective hourly rate. If you prefer one agreed price for the whole build, project work starts from €3,500 for an internal tool or management system, €5,000 for a SaaS product, €1,500 for an automation project and €2,000 for an online store. These are starting points, and the exact figure follows a free 15-minute intro call. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
Do I have to sign a retainer or a monthly subscription?
No. Hourly bundles are bought once, with no retainer and no lock-in, and you use the hours across builds, fixes, tutoring or automations as work comes up. If you want a developer on hand every month, maintenance plans run from €190 a month for 2 hours to €1,120 a month for 13 hours. Unused plan hours roll over one month forward and then expire.
